I’m originally from Chicago and couldn’t be more impressed with the establishment and the owner Stephanie! I was having one of the worst days of my life and she helped me turn it around! Stephanie is very knowledgeable and caring. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions and made me feel like family and not just like a “customer”. I signed up for the month to see if my vitamin D levels improve as my physician recommended I find a place with the proper therapeutic beds and after my first session I felt AMAZING!!!!! I recommend this company to everyone reading this as well as my friends and family! Hands down best place in McHenry County!!!!

Absolutely loved my first experience at Tropic Tan in McHenry. Stephanie was amazing! We discussed the tanning packages and tanning lotions to determine the best bed and product. The hybrid bed is wonderful because you tan and get red light therapy at the same time.

I've been coming here since last Fall. This has really helped with my Seasonal Affective Disorder. The compliments I get on my tan don't hurt either! Stephanie is awesome ;) she keeps the facilities and equipment spotless. Highly recommended!! Now offering 24/7/365 access!

Awesome experience ! owner really knows her stuff on tanning, I used an hybred bullet stand up for 10 minutes. one of the best tans I have ever had. highly recommend this place

I just had my first experience with Tropic Tan not to long ago. I had lots of questions about doing a spray tan and the employees answered all of my questions and gave me some stick on shoes to walk home in. Tropic Tan is an warm and inviting place to go. Definitely going to go back to Tropic Tan for more spray tans!
