If you are looking for a good reasonable, barber look no further. My hair was cut for the first Time by Philip. He was very pleasant. Not too talky. He gave me one heck of a haircut. Many neighborhood businesses lost customers during the Covid crisis. This means the owner, or in this case barber must start all over again, enticing and servicing new customers. Phil told me that he may have to close the doors to his very clean and professional shop. So if you are looking for a convenient fantastic haircut from a friendly pleasant barber, this is the place. Phil has cut my hair for the past 7 years or so. He always does a fantastic job. Couldn't recommend him highly enough! Just listen to a couple Kinks records before you go in to brush up on your stuff.

I do not go here because it's cheap ($22 a cut) but because Phil does an excellent job. It's the little things that make a difference...the care he takes around the ears...the razor he uses for the back of the neck...the all around job of a seasoned professional. And, of course, it's the cheapest cut around. This is a real men's barbershop, not a salon. Always a first rate job. Couldn't be more pleased.

Phil is a great conversationalist as well as a great barber. Ask him about the Kinks and he will give you a history of the band while he makes you look like a star. I appreciated his dry humour as well as good skills with scissors and razors. I would highly recommend this place. If you are a Breaking Bad or Better Call Saul fan then you will also enjoy hearing him talk, he sounds like Bob Odenkirk. I flew all the way from Vancouver to get a haircut by him- worth every penny!

This is where my son and I have gotten our hair cut since we moved to the Haverford area several years ago. Phil and James are always on time and both give a great haircut. Phil is a wealth of knowledge and can always be sure to entertain.
