Trish Nails

I honestly love the people here and the atmosphere is great—it’s a very welcoming place. My nails usually turn out really well, and most of the time my toes do too. That’s why I keep coming back. However, there are a few issues that can be frustrating. Sometimes it feels like people are sleeping on the job, prices seem to change often, and once they even tried to add an extra $5 to the total with my mom. I’ve also had a little too much eyebrow waxed off before, which wasn’t great. Overall, I still like this nail salon and enjoy coming here, but I do think consistency with pricing and services could improve. With a little more attention to detail, this place could be amazing.

My appointment was at 2pm on a Sunday. I was greeted by three people when I walked in and asked how they could be of assistance. I was seated by 2:15(they were packed) and was out by 3:15. I got a full acrylic set and my eyebrows waxed. My eyebrow look phenomenal and I love my nails!!! I highly recommend visiting Trish Nails.

I came into the location after calling to make sure I was able to be seen, I waited 30 mins, which was fine I understand you have to finish the clients you are with so I picked my color while I waited. When I arrived I let them know I wanted gel acrylics and when I was told where to go to sit the lady made me pick out a different color than I had previously chosen and then pulled out a dip powder I told her I did not want power I wanted gel, after she told me the benefits of powder I said I was willing to try it, when she applied my nail tips she cut my pinky nail before she asked me about the length and then asked if I liked it, I just sat there for a moment shocked she didn’t ask before she cut it considering the nail was already glued on. The guy working on my wife tore a chunk out of her finger today (06/01/24). She bled for over a half hour. He slapped a band aid on her and told her it would be fine, then OVERCHARGED her…her bestie got the same treatment (minus the blood) for $5 less! Let’s hope she doesn’t lose this finger! Will NEVER go back to this place!!!
