Trio Salon

Both of my teens received an excellent trim&haircut.Owner was great. Tatyana worked with them and patiently squeezed them in.

She was very nice but definitely bait and switch. Told me not to get the Groupon and she would match the price. She said it was $55 when I sat down and by the end it was $90 because I have to much hair. I got 10 foils barley enough to frame my face. This was cheaper than my normal salon which is $105 but they do twice as many highlights. Before she touches your hair make sure you agree what the FINAL price will be.

DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON! This lady refused to book an appointment for my mother who is 74 and on social security, without us aggreeing to "possible" upcharges. We explained that her hair is above shoulder length and thinning, she kept insisting it might be too long or too thick, she even refused to let us come by for her to evaluate it. Just say no!

If I could rate this place as 0, I would!! The customer service is horrible. I purchased the Groupon for the haircut, shampoo, blow dry and highlights. Tatyana told me highlights would cost additional money depending on the thickness of the hair. When I asked her to cut my hair a little shorter before she did the blow dry, she said that is another haircut. The hair dryer was so hot and she put so close to my scalp and my scalp got hurt badly. When I told her this, not even an apology! I had to leave to go to another hair Solon to get the haircut I would like. Not to mention they don’t have Covid protection measures at all, Tatyana did not even wear a mask! Stay away from this place.

I kept calling the number to make an appointment and they never answered. I left a message and no one returned my call. I noticed the number on Groupon was a different one so I tried to call it. The woman who answered was rude and told me to call the other number before hanging up on me. I’ve never been to this salon before, and now I never will. I’m sure I’m not the only potential customer that they’ve turned away. They shouldn’t allow you to buy a voucher for their salon if they don’t want customers. I’d rather pay full price at my regular nail salon and receive excellent service than deal with these people.
