I went in for Gel-X removal (they also applied them about 3 weeks before) and the technique I was subjected to was unprofessional for a salon. They placed my hands in acetone-filled baggies submerged in bowls of hot water. I was left sitting like that for nearly 30 minutes without anyone checking on me, explaining the process, or showing concern for how my skin and nails were reacting while they worked with other customers. At one point I spoke up for assistance and I was ignored. Eventually someone checked on my nails and told me some material remained and started preparing more bags of acetone—but by then my fingers were already burning, irritated, and the skin was beginning to peel. I chose to stop the service, paid and left. Whether this was due to poor training or simple negligence,

Don't deserve one star always late and how can u not do acrylic nails when u are a nail salon owner needs to be shut down and let a real nail shop takeover

They are best, you need to go try them
