I happened to walked by the salon one day and Alexis Williams so was inviting. She gave me a card and told me how to book online. And she answered all of my questions. This was my first time going to this salon. I hadn’t been to a salon in almost 2 years since I hadn’t had the best experiences. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly. Best salon I’ve ever went to. The conversations were great. Between my stylist Alexis Williams and the owner, Trinity, they had me laughing the whole time. My stylist, Alexis Williams was great from booking to finish. She explained every step and made sure I was comfortable with everything she did to my hair. I got a much needed trim and the results were great. Here’s the before and after photos.

It took me a few minutes to get my appointment acclimated on line and Lexa B the available stylist walked me through each of my inquiries. Lexa B took the time to make me feel confident in her care and she did not disappoint! Pampered with hair washing, warm eye mask, comb through blow drying and The grand braiding experience! Great music was being played and all around light atmosphere! I highly recommend to all ladies and men who need your hair made top priority come visit Lexa B and the awesome staff at Trinity Lux Salon and Spa!!! They’re in the Oglethorpe Mall! If it can be done to hair they can do it PERIOD!

Very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and EATS DOWN! I came in for a consult looking to completely change my look in my postpartum period. she was very honest in her responses and helpful with this big decision I was making. This is my first retouch after my initial big chop visit a few weeks ago and I will continue to come back to my girl as often as it’s recommended! Alexis and this shop truly doesn’t disappoint!

Absolutely loved my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was unmatched, so warm, professional, and genuinely sweet. You can tell they truly care. The attention to detail was everything; nothing felt rushed, every step was intentional. I’m obsessed with my hair and left feeling so happy and confident. Such a beautiful energy in this space. I’ll 100% be coming back. In fact, my next appointment is already booked.
