Trillium Spa at Seven Springs Resort

I feel bad as I write this because the staff was wonderful, but I'm so upset with the end result that I figure a review is appropriate. My appointment started off using the relaxation room. Unexpectedly, it's a heavily trafficked area as it's the pathway to get from one point of the spa to the other. Staff is constantly coming and going, so you don't really get that spa feel. Once my appointment began, I was told that the water heater in the pedicure tub wasn't working so the water was luke warm to start and cold by the end. She cut my toe nails so short that they look like a child's foot with little nubby toenails. The polish application is patchy with jagged edges. It's so heaped on that my nails look raised. I'm not sure what butter they apply to the skin at the end of the process, but

Did the couples package after a day of skiing. Was a little pricey but much needed, would do it again. The day pass that you can get to use the sauna, steam room and relaxation room would definitely be worth the cost. The masseuse did a great job and focused on the areas that I said needed extra attention. Is a recommended place to check out while visiting the resort.

Had a great experience at Trillium Spa. My husband and I had deep tissue massages with Morgan and Devin. It was 50 minutes of heaven! The spa is very clean, their products are lovely, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was such a treat!

Our company recently allowed us to get spoiled at this resort. I highly recommend Nicole and her team of people. Enjoy a nice manicure or facial.!!

Staff was wonderful. Massage and parafin felt amazing. I learned my lesson (duh) not to go in the hot tub with any time of manicure. I waited six hours before going into hot tub. They were fine after hot tub and the next day. Today it’s peeling off. That’s a 48h manicure:( But I know it was my fault.
