Worst cut in my entire life! The cashier knew not to ask for tip. She did offer a redo. I was so upset I asked them to notate and I will call when my hair grows out a little so they can redo & not have to chop all my length off to correct it. The annoying part…no manager has reached out and of coarse, they don’t send the typical feedback request. Guess that’s what keeps their ranking up. Dissappointing! UPDATE: After going around with this terrible cut for 2 1/2 months, I was finally offered a redo to get this adjusted. Adjusted… not 100 percent yet. They had to cut off 4 inches of my hair & was told, by the next cut (6-8wks) It should be completely fixed. The jagged cuts went up too high to get completely fixed in just one cut. I went in about a week ago for a massage by Megan. I’ve been to this location before and I’ve had a massage by other people, but it seemed like everyone was booked so I went with what was available. My massage was supposed to be at 9:30 AM, I was in a little waiting area until 9:33, Which would not be a big deal to me at all except when we got to the room for my massage Megan Spent another 5 to 6 minutes, making small talk with me not just about the massage but in general about my family, etc. So all in all my massage Did not begin until at least 9:40-9:42. I signed up for the seasonal massage which is supposed to be really relaxing, and I did say light pressure. I’ve had several massages here, and James is hands down the best. He goes far beyond expectations. He’s not your average massage therapist he’s the deep, deep tissue guy. His knowledge of the body is impressive, and he knows exactly where to focus to get real results. He communicates clearly throughout the entire session and educates you every step of the way, which builds an incredible level of trust and comfort. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being and long-term results. Exceptionally skilled, highly professional, and truly one of a kind.

I am going to give it a solid three stars. I am most frequently at Massage Envy, but my family surprised me with a gift to Mario Tricoci's spa to try out the massages at Tricoci. I am grateful for the gift - I got a surprise session of 80 mins of massage and cupping add - on with CBD. But...it cost 230$. Thank goodness it was a gift, because...it was not worth 230$. Do not get me wrong: the spa itself is immaculate, very clean, they provide robes, slippers, showers, lockers, etc. The masseuse herself was very kind, patient, and did her whole process. I found the pressure to be a little on the soft side, and although I enjoyed it, I would not say it was worth 230$. I was expecting a phenomenal experience if it costs $230. I am new to the area and was nervous about finding a new hair salon. I’m glad my mother-in-law recommended this spot. Beautiful shop, everyone was friendly, and Brynn very quickly gave me my favorite haircut in recent history. Happy to have a reasonably priced option for a great haircut nearby.
