Tri-State Dental Care

I have been a patient for 25+ years. He's very experienced, friendly, and knows how to talk to people. I still have fillings and a gold crown he has placed over 15 year's ago. I have never had to had a filling redone, nor has my crown ever fallen out. I will always love this practice. And dr mamari is a gentleman, well spoken individual. Hence, been a patient for over 25+ years. He's even influenced me to go to and graduated from Ross medical education center in sharonville, Ohio for dental assisting. Great guy, great establishment Check out my yelp review. More of the same. And for those who who have a medical card, guess what, so do I. He'll treat you with respect. 🙂

I had such a great experience at Tri-State Dental! My dentist and his assistant were absolutely amazing—super gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. I’ve never had such an easy and pleasant dental visit. I won’t go to another dentist ever again! Highly recommend! 🦷✨

Most horrible dental place I've ever been to in my life! A whole in the wall dental scam is what this is, they take your money and have you waiting for hours to get seen and then they don't do anything but sit you in a chair for 15 minutes and then tell you they can't help! The doctor doesn't and won't communicate with you the assistant does so you can't really trust the advice I was so confused why after I was seated the doctor never took the time to actually talk to me and explain things that I needed to understand. I was there at 3:00pm which is when my appt started but I was not seen until 3:30 pm! No one at the front desk for at least 25 minutes, And was almost late for something very important just for them to tell me I need to go somewhere else with no solutions!! And there was

Run down, not very updated location, (previous bank apparently) as displays looked to be from early 2000s. I had three different assistants during span of my appointment. Didn't receive a cleaning just got x-rays taken. The dentist was rude to his assistant as she made a little error in calling back another patient when he wasn't ready. The dentist didn't even review my x-rays with me, just asked general questions about how frequent I brushed and flossed. He proceeded to tell me that you were supposed to take not two but FOUR whole minutes to brush. He seemed judgemental once I told him I brushed for half the time and literally asked me to pull up my upper lip and pull down my lower lip and didn't even take the time to use any tools to do further inspection as I told him I had painful can

I hate that I have to give this place a 1 star because trust me they deserve 0. I went in to get an xray to check out my wisdom teeth. Since I needed them removed, I requested that they email me my xrays for the oral surgeon. I never received the email and the oral surgeon had to take new ones because they couldn’t get ahold of the office and neither could I. Now I am being charged for both x-rays (1 at this facility and the other at the oral surgeons). After receiving information from insurance billing, I called Tri-State Dental Care to say why were the x-rays never sent. Apparently someone changed my phone number in my profile so when they called to confirm I wanted my x-rays emailed to me, they couldn’t contact me. Now they are saying it is my fault that I have to pay twice for the xray
