Tri Nail Spa

I received gel nail with design and a pedicure. My son receive a pedicure (he really liked it...1st time). They had great customer service and my designs came out great using multiple pictures to create something different.

After my pedicure I sat in the massage chair and less then 2 minutes later, the tech tapped me and pointed to my shoes, so I handed her my card, she handed my card to the other tech to process the payment, after the process the other tech as well pointed to my shoes while saying the tech needed to clean the bowl. I'm a male and have never been rushed out of a pedicure chair. Most techs tell me to take my time and relax, they had about 6 chairs open, just me and 1 other customer who was getting a manicure, so I wasn't holding up a chair, it was 10am not closing time, so what was the rush? So they rushed me out the door, but when I first came in, they pressed me to get a manicure as well, which I didn't. The work at this shop is excellent... nail technicians are great! BUT the owner/manager is RUDE as hell!!!!! Nasty attitude especially if you are polite. If you are rough with her she backs down but lord I knows the atmosphere is not relaxed. I've been going there for years. Its it's in a convenient location, good work, etc etc but I can't do the attitude and random pricing any more. Every time you go different price. Keep your receipts and see for yourself.

This was the worst nail place I've been in and I would give it a '0' if I could. She charged me $15 to change the nail polish on my feet and then did a sloppy job. Nail polish was all over my toes and some parts of my nails weren't even polished. I showed her and said I was going to have to polish my own nails now because this was ridiculous but she didn't care and said I had to pay for it. There were bubbles in the nail polish on my acrylic nails but she said it was the way I was looking at it. A bubble is a bubble. That will be the last time I go there. I should've known when other people were complaining when I was getting my acrylic fill-in but I thought maybe it was just a fluke. Nope, this shop has horrible nail service and even worse customer service. BEWARE! Don't waste your money.

I came in and requested to be out in an hour. At first I was a little skeptical because no techs were available. But quickly 2-3 techs were helping me at the same time to get me out but the work was still neat. I hope my next experience is just as well so I can become a regular. They did my nails the way I wanted and fixed the things I asked about.
