TRI Massage and Bodywork

I was experiencing serious pain in my upper back and I scheduled a massage with Phillip today. Phillip quickly found the trouble area and quite a few others! The pressure and time applied to the required areas were perfect. I left there pain free and feeling like a new person. I highly recommend Phillip! He is hands down the best.

Lisa was amazing and helped get rid of some tension I had been feeling for weeks leading up to my first massage with her. I don't particularly care to be beat up.She applied just the right amount of tension to help loosen me up. I'm looking forward to going back once I free up some time on my schedule!

I have been seeing Philip for months now to help with a sports injury. His bodywork has been so wonderful, I have been able to return to jogging/walking without pain. He was also able to show my stretches and techniques that I could practice at home. I'm very please with my results and very grateful!
