Marco was AMAZING with our 12-year-old! 🙌 His last haircut at another place didn’t turn out how he wanted, and he came home in tears after kids at school made comments. He was already nervous about trying someone new, but Marco completely changed that experience. He took his time. He asked what he was hoping for, what would work with his head shape, what wouldn’t, and explained the whole plan step by step. He talked through why he was doing what he was doing and how to style and care for it after. He even told him that if he didn’t like something, he needed to be honest next time — which gave him so much confidence. This was my first time bringing my son to a barber. Luis made it a great experience for him and my son is so happy with his look. He had been asking for a design cut into his hair and Luis delivered a great looking cut with a design that my son can't wait to show off at school.
