Tri-City Nails

I just went in to get a pedicure, the nail tech Celena #2 had a attitude because I didn't want gel polish, I wanted regular ( my preference) she was rushing on my feet and being kinda rough and ended up cutting me. I started bleeding. I'm so upset. I'm worried because she used tools that were already out. Not sure if they were cleaned beforehand. Hello, I visited your salon on August 5th, 2025 was injured during my service when the technician Celena split my toenail and caused bleeding and pain. I asked for an incident report but was told by Dan none could be provided. I have documented the injury and am currently seeking medical attention. I just wanted to notify you formally in case I need to pursue further action.

I have been coming here for years, the staff makes you feel like your home, Amy is a magician with eyebrows and lashes and all the nail tech you can sit with your eyes closed and they get you right especially Dan….. trust me you won’t regret going

If I can give this business zero star's I would they don't know how to do nails I went to get my nails redone because all of my nails were coming off like press on nails they have amateurs trying to do nails & pay attention to how much they charge because they will overcharge you me & my daughters never coming back here the pictures you see on here is not what you getting I did contact the owner by phone he made excuses about a full set verses refill which his crew did my nails
