Tri-Bodyworks

My massage therapist was Kelsey Raduka. She was excellent! Strong hand, great deep tissue work. She knew where to dig deep and when to work longer and not so deep. I feel so much better. I will be back. I Highly recommend her!

I had my first massage at Tri-Bodyworks today, and I'm only sorry that the highest rating I can give is only "Excellent," because it was better than that. Recently my old LMT moved out of town and she was kind enough to give out a list of LMT's she would recommend - and after getting a 90-minute massage with Staci, I was not just impressed, I was also not in pain, and my shoulders felt wonderful. A little background - I've had both shoulders operated on for serious rotator cuff damage (all 4 tendons in one, 3 in the other) and I routinely have pain in both of them. But after she finished, she not only restored a good deal of range of movement, they also felt wonderful. Stacy is the only person I will ever see for a deep tissue sports massage. As a tri athlete, she knows anatomy like no other massage therapist ever. I ride a mountain bike, hike hills, play soccer and am very active. When you factor hurting my back when I was young and combine that with extended hours at the office my back requires the right touch. My body has never been under better care. Doug
