Treo Salon

I cannot thank the team at Treo Salon enough. After a truly awful experience elsewhere, they stepped in and completely saved my hair. Their professionalism, skill, and kindness went above and beyond — they not only corrected the poor work, but I truly love my hair again. This salon is full of true extension specialists, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a team who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about their clients.

I really wanted to like Treo because it’s close to home and the studio looks great, but I’ve gone 3-4 times now and unfortunately have not had great experiences. I (41M) have gone for a simple haircut several times. Now, I can go to Great Clips and get a decent haircut for $20, but I went to Treo hoping for better. Each time I asked for advice on how to manage a colic and receding hairline - was looking from some guidance from “expert stylists”, but they never offered anything useful, spent 10 minutes giving a haircut that honestly felt no better then Great Clips, then charged something like $60. I coloured my hair with Donna in June ! and after she was done she convinced some how that it looks good even though it wasn’t all the same colour and I left thinking maybe it will get better after couple of washes two weeks later My hair started to turn brassy, I called to go back and there was no appointments available with her. So I decided to go to another hairstylist and when she saw my hair she was pretty surprised that part of the hair wasn’t even foiled so she got it fixed and told me Never to go back and I didn’t listen, I needed to be lighter so I get a phone call from treo salon and I was like let me go back to Donna to get it lighter And I wish if I didn’t go. I was so lucky to have been put with Melissa. What a jewel! She listened to me and knew exactly how to work with my curly hair. Best cut I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be seeing you again Melissa. Thank you, my hair looks great!!😀
