I’ve been going to Penny for five years. Not only is she an incredible businesswoman, she’s an educated stylist with a passion for making us beautiful. When I first came in, my hair was thin, dull, over processed and had no volume. Today I have incredible extensions, a beautiful blonde, and much improved longer natural hair.
