I have always gone to this beauty supply as it is near my home. However, today I went to buy bows for my daughter's hair and I also purchased a new sponge-brush for my son. I used my credit card to pay and I was told that I had to show ID. This was a purchase for $11.90 but because this is a low-income predominantly black community they assume the shoppers are thieves and scammers. How disgusting! I would never use someone else's card, I work hard for everything I have just like anyone else. The associate said she would cancel my transaction and I told her no, don't cancel it I will come back with my ID. I returned with my ID and showed it to the associate so I could receive the items I had purchased. Needless to say, I will not ever go back. They definitely lost a loyal customer today. I

Employee helped me make a choice...yet it was too small according to my hairdresser....not an hour had passed it was unopened and they refused to exchange...customers should be warned when something is non-returnable...will shop elsewhere!
