Trendy Nails

I know I just gave Trendy Nails a 5 star review recently, but I just had to brag one more time about another job well done. Thank you, Kevin (and Mary) for making my vision come true. Stunning work!!

I brought my daughter here to get her nails done for her birthday, and it was such a disappointing experience. After her pedicure, I asked for a short massage — the nail tech asked Mary, and she immediately said no. They just kept repeating that it costs extra, even though I clearly said I didn’t mind paying. Only after I mentioned it was for her birthday did they finally agree. My daughter was upset and confused about why they didn’t want to do it at first. I’ve been a loyal customer and used to really appreciate Mary’s service, but after today, I’ll never be coming back. Terrible customer service and an even worse attitude.

I noticed someone left a harsh review for this salon simply because they were playing Fox News on TV. That’s disappointing, especially when it’s clear this is a great small business that works hard to serve its customers. My wife loves coming here, and every visit has been professional, friendly, and top-notch. It’s sad when personal political preferences overshadow the quality of someone’s work. A nail salon should be judged by its skill, cleanliness, and customer care, not the news channel playing in the background. We’re fortunate to have local businesses like this, and I’m happy to support them. If we all judged businesses based only on politics, we’d miss out on a lot of excellent people and services. I’ll keep coming back, not because of the TV, but because they do a fantastic job.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mary and Kevin are fun, friendly, professional and experts in their field! Great atmosphere with fair prices and no matter how busy they are you will always receive prompt and personal attention. I am also responding to a bad review left by a customer who was upset about Fox News being on the TV. It's LiveNOW from FOX which is part of the digital channel selection that comes with that TV, it is not Fox News. It's a national, somewhat unbiased news desk reporting on the events of the country. You mention immigrants being in the shop and possibly being offended by what's on the TV?! The shop is owned and managed by immigrants! Stop spreading fear and negativity over something not even related to Trendy Nails and it's success.

I usually don’t write reviews but it really bothered me and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I had went as a walk it hoping they can take me in and it seemed like they were in a rush to just get me out of there. I’m not sure if you get special treatment if you have reservations /appointment but they did not even consider me. My nails were had so bumpy even after UV light that they started the crack and peel after 3 days ! As you can see on the picture. I really hope they don’t do this to anyone else because it wasn’t worth the time and the money !!!
