Came in on a Saturday morning less than an hour after they opened and they already had 2 clients in chairs. This was my first time here and I was greeted and felt welcomed. I had Angie and I feel like she knew exactly what I wanted. At the start she clipped a small piece to confirm the length I wanted gone. She worked quickly and thoroughly. Just a simple cut, no wash or styling. Incredibly affordable. I’ll be sure to return.

I had an amazing shampoo followed by a great curly blowout , thanks John! Prices are fair and the entrance is wheelchair-accessible though the bathroom isn't.

Had a great haircut here, quick, fast, simple, easy, and pleasant, kind, nice people, as well as an affordable haircut / service. Would come back here again, 10/10. Thank you very much!

Dont love this place anymore. I am not sure why it changed from being one of my favorite places, but it did, and I won't be back. They used to do a wonderful job at delivering what you asked for, and I loved the scalp massage, which the girl definitely does not do. They would even ask if you wanted a back massage 💆‍♂️ which was extra but wonderful. It's true about the smell of cigarettes on their hands, which is gross bc they're not washing their hands afterward, and it gets in your hair. Also, I was pissed when they wouldn't honor my coupon. I won't be back. Went there for years, and they aren't friendly at all.

Love my new 'do & color. Prices are reasonable. Lisa does a great job. Amy washed my hair, gave me an amazing massage, and for an extra $10 gave me an awesone conditioning, with a hot towel on my head, followed by another under my neck. Very relaxing. Love going here, very friendly staff. I refuse to pay $200-300 at the other salons in Bay Ridge.
