I landed at Grand Island for fuel and to get lunch. After I parked my plane I went inside and spoke with one of the line guys. He gave me the keys to a courtesy car and I went into town to have lunch. I also had my plane refueled while I was there. All of the line guys seem to be very professional and friendly. It was an enjoyable stay and I'll probably make this a stop for future flights.

They are extremely unreliable and employees are horrible. I would avoid the GI airport at all costs if you have an important trip. The amount of delayed and cancelled flights is insane. Everyone there needs to go to a real airport to see how one correctly functions.

Was here with a pilot friend who flies here sometimes. Staff was great. For the 2017 eclipse.

Very under staffed. Had to delay a day due to weather, but still took two days to get fuel. Had 5 helicopters pulled out on the ramp, but they were unwilling to bring the fuel truck over. Don't seem interested in selling fuel

This is a really nice FBO where you can buy avgas and jet fuel, and have all kinds of logistic services provided to you when you fly to Grand Island. What a wonderful place. Great coffee too.
