I was in alot of pain in my lower back and shoulders. Walking in was painful. 90 minutes latter I walked out with happy delight and pain free.The next day I am sore but a good sore. I asked for deep and it was deep. I will be back, and I loved her technique and the hot rice bags. She even was on the table at one point and her gentle push after being relaxed adjusted my back, it went back into place, I could feel it. What I didn't tell her is I went to a chiropractor 2 days previously to get adjusted for should pain and the next day my lower back was so jacked up, I could hardly walk or bend down. I recently visited this massage location and, while the actual massage itself was good, the overall experience was disappointing due to unprofessional behavior. First, the appointment started late with no real acknowledgment or apology for the delay even tho my wife’s was on time.But Being on time is important, especially when customers schedule ahead and plan their day around an appointment. After the massage, the staff repeatedly asked for a tip several times. I had already explained politely that I would be happy to tip on my next visit in two weeks, but the requests continued. Being asked for a tip multiple times after giving an answer made the situation uncomfortable and felt unprofessional. Most bizarre massage experience I've ever had. Couples message on Valentines Day. Go into room and my wife's masseuse starts and I wait for at least ten minutes for mine. She finally comes in on the phone. For the remainder of the time she is on and off the phone constantly and actually leaving the room to greet people at the front door. Literally probably got 35-40 minute massage and rest of time she talking on the phone to people calling in. We did get $5 off coupon because she repeated "lots of talk". I just had the BEST massage experience of my life. A little "back" story, I was having a bad pain day, which isn't unusual as I have degenerative disc disease, bulges, and spinal stenosis, . However, today was particularly challenging, so by 5 pm I was considering my options and lucked upon Treasure Island. I've had many massages in my lifetime, but this was my first time being massaged by two masseuses at once. It took what would've been a great full body massage and turned it into a PHENOMENAL massage. I highly recommend it!
