Tre Nail Bar

Tools used for my gel manicure were dirty. Praying I don’t end up with an infection and my nails 2 days later look horrible! Gel manicure. $50 including tip and this is how they look after 48 hours. I can’t believe they look this bad. I wanted to go somewhere else and have them redone as soon as she was finished. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK. what a waste of money. The owner said the black on the nails is from mulch or fresh black pants. I wasn’t digging in mulch. You can see in added photos the poor paint job.

So disappointed! I arrived and they had one person working and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes and showed my email confirmation, but she wasn’t aware until she looked at her schedule. She asked me to wait but could tell she just stated the person she was with. I asked how long of a wait and she said 20 min or so. I told her I would have to come another time as I had paid a baby sitter and didn’t have an extra 20 min which is why I had an appointment. Oddly, I have tried to make appointments by phone twice and they asked me to book online. The person she was already working with was kind to wait and they squeezed me in because of her. Another person working came out and was confused and asked if I have an appointment too. I said yes and she asked gel manicure and I said no, regula

This is my first time getting nail extensions but even I can tell they aren't right. The older women that works here did my nails she was so kind but my nails are crooked! I also asked for them to be more round than they are which I could get over but it really just doesn't look good. This is 2 DAYS before my Senior prom and now I have to go and get them removed and redone somewhere else. I only paid $45 w/o tip but even that is too much. Really disappointed 😞

Probably the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The girl, while pleasant seemed to be new and could not file, shape or paint nails to an acceptable standard. I would have asked to fix it but it already took an hour and there were no other available people and did not have any more time to wait. New employees should be trained better and not be charging full price for such an awful job. Took the polish off as soon as I got home.

Horrible! John showed up 20 minutes late with no explanation or apology. He asked how my day was & I replied fine until you showed up late and he said nothing. I was desperate so I let him do my nails & as you can see from the photo this is some of what he thought was acceptable. I left it as it was so I could post his total lack of care and ability. In addition to the polish left on the tip of my fingers I also have polish on the edge of several fingers. Totally unacceptable and I would advise avoiding this salon and especially John.
