I booked an appointment here and they took a credit card for a deposit. I had a 10:00 appointment with Maria whom I confirmed with Saturday directly. I arrive at 10:00 only to find out I was passed down to a girl Isabella who has been only doing this for 6 months. You need more than 6 months experience to be charging this much money for Morpheus 8. Im sorry but the girl here "Isabella" looks like she just graduated HS. No makeup sweatshirt sweatpants and looks unprofessional. Theres no way I would be ok with her doing this treatment on my face. I heard way to many horror stories. I am a hairdresser. I made an appointment to receive a neck and jawline treatment at this facility. Someone called me to confirm the appointment and told me I needed to provide a $29 deposit which would be applied to the cost of my treatment. I had no problem completing the form she sent me to provide the deposit. I had the treatment done, payed the full amount in cash plus tip and forgot I had payed a deposit. Maria (owner) conveniently seemed to have forgotten as well. Later that evening I remembered the $29 was never applied and texted the woman who took my deposit. She said she had to confirm with Maria that I was there and that I paid the treatment in full before she gave me a refund. Two days later and I still haven’t received the refund so I texted her and she had BLOCKED ME! Do not book any treatmen

I loved my first session and how relaxing it was! I saw immediate results after my RF facial. I can’t imagine after a couple more visits.
