I have had frozen shoulder for 18 mths now. I have had surgery surgery, gone to 3 PT places and in one visit I gained so much more movement above my head and can now reach the top of my pants behind my back. I wish I had gone sooner!
My experience was amazing. Tonya is very knowledgeable and VERY professional. I plan on setting up regular visits so her work is not so hard next time
