Hi, I went to this massage salon. It was extremely cold inside, and while they were giving me the massage, I was freezing. At the beginning, I told them I didn’t want the massage because it was too cold, but they didn’t listen to me. They said I had to take the massage anyway because they had reserved the time for me.😭 I ended up staying for sixty minutes, even though I was freezing the whole time. Only in the last few moments did they finally turn on the heat. The massage was not good at all. They clearly didn’t know what they were doing. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I requested a simple one-hour appointment, and instead of receiving a polite explanation about availability, the owner became visibly frustrated and impatient. It felt like my request was an inconvenience rather than a normal part of doing business. What made the situation even more upsetting was the way I was treated overall. The tone, attitude, and lack of basic courtesy felt dismissive and disrespectful. As an African American customer, I could not ignore the uncomfortable feeling that I was being treated differently. No one should walk away from a business feeling disrespected or unwelcome. Customer service requires patience, professionalism, and respect for everyone. Terrible experience. I asked for a hot stone massage, and instead of simply saying it wasn’t possible, the lady started yelling at me — claiming I didn’t mention it earlier, even though she never asked. Completely unprofessional and rude behavior. Won’t be coming back.

I love this place! You really feel a difference here and the ladies work magic! I feel like I’ve wasted time and money going anywhere else bc other places barely use any pressure or get to any knots. But here, they get in it!
