Tranquility Barn Salon and Spa

I asked for a trim and a tiny bit of layering because I spent years growing out my hair, she cut it from my lower back up to my shoulders. I also agreed to just a few layers because I have my hair braided 99% of the time (which is exactly what I told her), the layers are up to my cheek bones so it is no longer possible to braid it OR even do a simple ponytail. On top of all that it's wildly uneven and looks like it was cut at home with craft scissors. Guess I'll be wearing a hat for the next year or so. I hate to leave such a bad review because my nails turned out good, but my hair ruins my day every time I see it in the mirror

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. I asked for long layers and she cut off like 8 inches…. My hair is short now… my hair looked fine when I left the salon and it was curled… not a few days later I washed it and straightened it and the layers are SO choppy and I will have to go get it fixed. So paying twice for my haircut. Also, very expensive for the Zumbrota area. This is why I have trust issues trying new salons!

I've had two absolutely amazing reiki massages by Peggy. I appreciate the time she takes to ask about both physical and energetic intentions for each massage. She also checks in on all aspects of my comfort throughout the massage. I leave feeling completely relaxed and energized at the same time.
