Tranquil Waters Massage

Marti from Tranquil Waters was very unprofessional, she hung up on me twice then text saying I was a deadbeat. She must be having a bad day, but I am not going to be treated that way. We only had a conversation because one of her therapists didn’t renew their contract with my insurance company (didn’t tell me) and I am trying to file an appeal to my insurance for payment. I only called to ask what the dates of service were. I will not be returning, which is unfortunate because the therapists there are wonderful 💜

Worst massage I've ever gotten! Go to someone else if you know your body and know what you want. I even ask if she could just work on the knots in my shoulders before I came. She fought me the whole time spending so little time on my shoulder/neck area where I had the pain. Instead and focused on my back claiming that needed done first/instead. She finally started working the shoulder muscle and relieving the pain but when I asked her to do that more she ended the session. I ended up in more pain because of the pushing on my lower back and all she did at my shoulders , until the end, was push on the my back at the neck/shoulder muscle instead of working the muscle and the fighting just to get her to do what did relieved my pain. w I went to maid tone and got the knots worked out now I can

Tranquil Waters Massage doesn't have s sign on the building at 300 Torbett. The only signage is for the chiropractor office

Very professional staff. They do an Excellent job. I'm always more relaxed & less sore than when I get there. I would recommend them for both therapy massage & relaxation massage.

The comment with a description of a window to an airport is a different business. Tranquil Waters is not near an airport.
