Tranquil Spa

Called to make an appointment they texted which is fine. They told me to come today right away! I rushed to get out my door to go as I told them I could be there at 430 they said perfect. They texted me as I had already arrived 4:45 I said no problem I waited the 15 extra minutes. I then go back in and they tell me another 30 minutes. How ridiculous as I rushed to get there for them but now they can’t take me? I will never go back. They can not expect someone to rush there and then they do and they keep extending the time for their appointment.

The shop is clean and tidy, the massage technique is regular, I will come again next time
