My experience at this nail shop make me realize that customer service doesn’t exist anymore. My friend and I went for a predicure. We were told it was $40 with gel. I went to the bathroom and my friend was still being asked about pedicure. She decline. I went with Susie and she told me is $50 with gel. She had an attitude with me during the service because I told her to correct what she did. This is a huge read flag. Do not go to establishments where they will tell you different prices. I should have walked away. This will never happen again. Also another problem I have is they wanted a tip and harassed me about it. First off what are these? They crooked they are thick and some are not. It makes no sense at all. This was a fill in. How my nails looked better before I walked in. The whole experience sucked. First she drilled off the old polish off so hard my fingers burned the whole time, she ended up pulling out a small fan to help with the burning. And then barely filed or drilled anything. Then when i complained about this $73 horrible job the manager gave me a 30 dollar coupon for next time. Ive been coming here for 5 years. I will not return with my 30 coupon. Miki was bad. Do not recommend.

Initial visit: Was here in the summer and got a jelly pedicure a great deal and was an amazing experience. The nail tech was thorough and did a very great job. The pedicure chairs are the best, the massages are so relaxing. The tech also gave us mini shoulder massages as we waited for our nails to dry. She was very sweet. Recent visit (on a Thursday evening): Got another jelly pedicure which was not as complete as the initial one. My nail tech was nice but skipped over a few steps. This was apparent as the person next to me was getting the same thing done and I saw what was missing in my service. I used to pass by this place all the time when I would be on my way back home from work. It was always packed everyday which meant the service was great. I came here a few weeks ago, wanted to try something new and decided to do gel acrylic nails. I had a design in mind already, I wanted a smoke effect on my nails. The place is spacious, is super clean and the guy who does the nails, speaks fluent Mandarin so there's a lady, the owner of the place, who speaks both English and Mandarin and she's the one you would go to first so it can be explained to him what type of style do you want. The whole process was very interesting for me since it was my first time trying acrylic nails, but overall he is very good at his job. The design came out exactly how I wanted it to come out. I rate them 5 stars because they are clean and one of the girls are amazing at doing my nails. I do think some of the girls do need way more training. Me and my boyfriend go here at the beginning of every month and he loves it
