I cannot say enough wonderful things about my Reiki/Reflexology sessions. From the moment the session begins, there is an overwhelming sense of peace. The energy work is powerful and I can literally feel stress, tension, and emotional heaviness melting away. I've been scheduling monthly sessions for over a year now and I've experienced improved sleep, reduced anxiety, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of grounding.

Sandra is the absolute sweetest and most professional. I always enjoy our time together! I feel refreshed and ‘reset’ when I leave our appointments. 10/10!
