I have been going to Tran Beauty for years! Extremely helpful with wholesale and retail nail and salon products. I frequented the store when I started my first salon job in 2013 and needed a hanging drill, drill bits, and supplies to stock my work desk. The associates were helpful and knowledgeable about the drill bit sets and individual bits. I was indecisive about which drill to buy but they helped me select the best drill for me. I loved the variety of nail tips and detail brushes for designs. The space itself is small but they do a great job working with the display cases and pedicure chair equipment for display and easy access to view. They have a big selection of items but it is a very cramped and small area. Personally, I feel like it is a bit overpriced. I can order most of the stuff I got there online for cheaper but I didn’t want to wait for online so I decided to checked there. I got a nail dust brush that was almost $10 and it was half broken, the bristles are broken. It’s supposed to require a license but I wasn’t even asked for any proof of ID or my license.

I’ve been shopping here since 2011 and I’ve always had great experiences, their supply is great and decently priced. I would of gave it five stars but the last time I was there someone was following me around the store and kept asking me if I needed help every five seconds as if they thought i was trying to steal so that made me uncomfortable but for the most part this is my go to place for nail supply.

This store could have saved me a trip all the way from the east side by letting me know through Google that they will only take licensed technicians due to covid. I don't think that's even fair because we're in a middle of the pandemic and we should be doing our nails at home in the first place. It should be the opposite.

Terrible business conduct. Twice I came and tried to shop before I had to be at work and they weren’t open at the time they said they would be (10:00). I even waited 15-20 mins and still no one came. It was a huge inconvenience to me because I went out of my way to get there (20 mins) and then i had to go to work which was half an hour away.
