Traditions massage and facial spa

I’m posting this review so others are aware of my experience with gift certificates purchased from Traditions Massage & Facial Spa. In October 2023, I purchased four paper gift certificates in person at the spa as a birthday gift for my wife. The certificates had no expiration date, no fine print, no terms of any kind, and no policies were mentioned during the transaction. When we attempted to redeem them this year, we discovered that the spa had unilaterally marked all four certificates as “redeemed” due to an “inactivity fee” — even though we never used them and never authorized anything. I reached out repeatedly for weeks by email, phone, and in person, without any response. Scott did an amazing job with my facial. He always takes his time and the affect that I see on my skin when I leave is impressionable. I can’t wait to see him next month! And the rain scene on the ceiling was a nice touch. I’ve been seeing Brigette as mg masseuse for YEARS. I always book 90 minutes because it’s such a relaxing experience. She takes her time, and I always look forward to rebooking with her. One day I’m just gonna book a two hour massage with her.

I was able to get a reservation the same day I called. Marcia was very courteous. I arrived 30 minutes earlier. The place is very clean with a very organized receiving area. Entering the place makes you feel relaxed already. Brigitte was my masseuse and she had a wonderful hand. I enjoyed my 60 minutes and was craving for more. + points: 1. Heated massage bed 2. Ample parking at backside 3. Restroom is very clean 4. Happy hour price Was very satisfied and I highly recommend.

I had a 90 min massage with Gina and my partner was with Scott. We both felt amazing afterwards! My partner had pulled his back and Scott loosened up the tension so well. Gina melted the knots in my neck and shoulders. I would definitely recommend Traditions!

Today was my first ever massage . Scott was amazing! He explained step by step the process of the massage . He made me feel at ease. The massage was amazing !!! I’ve never felt so relaxed ! I will definitely be back!!!
