UPDATE: I called in and was told to come back for a new set, however I don’t live in town and cannot come back. I prefer my refund or I will file a complaint. This is unacceptable! I visited this salon two days ago around 11 am and spent $70, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff did not make me feel welcomed. The technician performing my pedicure was rough and repeatedly moved my foot abruptly, even when I simply placed it in the water. I mentioned that the water was too hot, but she ignored my request until another staff member intervened. She as live streaming on Red Note and acted as I disturbed her day. The technician working on my nails rushed through the process. He did not ask for my preference regarding nail length, and instead, cut them without meas

I debated whether or not to share my experience because I’m very aware that I don’t have nice looking feet. Regardless of the way they look I prefer to keep them maintained as much as I can. I also want to tell the truth about my experience I had a very painful service that resulted in my skin being burned and now scabbed over. I tried this nail shop because my previous tech left the country indefinitely. Whatever they used to remove the callus on my feet burned my feet almost immediately upon contact. I tried to communicate to my technician but we had a severe language barrier and no one else in the salon was able to help communicate either. He also kept trying to scrub my skin after. He clipped more than my cuticle as you can see scans there also and sprayed it with another painful

I LOVE TRACYS NAILS! I’ve been coming here since 2012 and I still come. My whole family literally comes here all the time the service is good, the atmosphere is pleasing, they are so nice and sweet. Right now my favorite nail tech is Mimi( her work is in the pictures) I have them on as I’m typing this and it’s going on 4 weeks & they still look good. I’m coming back tomorrow actually for a full service. Ryan, Sunny, TeTe, Lin, Lele, are also great nail techs. It’s another guy there I forgot his name but he is so funny and I love his energy he has been there for some months now but they all are good I’ve had a full acrylic set from all them & I was satisfied. I refuse to go to any other nail shop!

I absolutely love this place, Tracy’s nail salon is the best. She definitely caters to her customers. Kim is my nail tech, and Tom is my foot tech, both are amazing Techs. Tracy’s get my #1 vote every time ❣️❣️❣️❣️

Hannah did great I needed two top coats but didn’t realize until I left Update for the last 3 months I’ve been coming consistently and have been receiving excellent service . Thank you
