Excellent service and staff! Zero or minimal waiting line and respectful communication and interactions at all times. Great listening and professional skills to execute your desired hairstyle. Caters to all ages, small kids, children, men, women, elders. Owner is friendly and engaged with all customers. As a bonus- the owner has a hair supply store just 1 store down from her hair salon, great convenience. Highly recommended!

DO NOT RECOMMEND I never give bad or good reviews and this is the first time I HAD to say something. I had a very disappointing experience at Tracy’s Hair Braiding Salon. Despite having an appointment, we were kept waiting for over 2 hours, and didn’t start getting our hair done until long after the scheduled time. Then we were charged double the original price for boho braids without any warning or clear explanation. We ended up being there until 12 AM, which is completely ridiculous. Even worse, one of the stylists made a teen customer cry—and all the girl did was politely express how she wanted her hair braided. That kind of treatment is beyond unprofessional and honestly upsetting to witness. The whole experience felt chaotic, disorganized, and disrespectful of our time and money. I

Had my hair braided on 04/13/2024. Lady with the eyeglasses on braided my hair too tight to yhe point i developed sores on my scalp. What a way to spend your vacation not to mention she snatched the $220.00 out my hand for some expensive cornrows that had me suffering while away. I had to find a beauty supply store to purchase supplies to combat the damage done. I will be seeking legal representation and I will assure you this will not happen to no one else.

I needed my hair braided ASAP they took me and was sooo professional and sweet to me. But top it off, my braids came out fly hunty! 🥰
