Good customer service but what I paid for is not what I got. The sew-in was not full my part was not matching. I asked and sent a picture how I wanted my hair. She said she can do that. Also your website says it takes 2-3 hours I was in the shop at 10:30am left at 5:10pm. Plus I booked an appointment and she stop doing my hair to do someone else’s. So what was the point for booking.

I paid $230 for a sew-in, and unfortunately, I was not impressed with the service. The install didn’t feel full, and taking it out was a headache. The service was supposed to include conditioning, but my hair was only shampooed. I also felt like I didn’t receive the same level of attention or care as others—especially those with thicker, healthier hair. While the stylist said she could do the style I requested, the results didn’t reflect that. She mentioned my hair was thin, but I’ve had similar styles done before without issue. A true professional should know how to work with all hair types, whether thick, thin, natural, or otherwise. When I asked if the sew-in would be styled (as I assumed was included with the $230 price), she acted as if it were an optional add-on, which felt misleadi
