The Vinyassa class with Robin teaching Thursday at TR Yoga studio on Lindell Street in downtown Martin, TN. was awesome! The studio has a calming environment and I felt comfortable and welcomed walking in. Reviewing as a beginner.. I have attended a few yoga glasses at a gym, but TR Yoga is totally different.. not just a stretching class. For me, it was a total mind- body- spiritual experience! What I have learned about Yoga here is to focus on connecting the mind to the body through deep breathing and the yoga poses to be better able to listen to what your body is saying. There is a deep relaxation at the end when the lights are turned down and the eyes are closed.
