This was a very disappointing visit. I explained to the person what it is that I needed it done, and there was an older lady that she allowed to service me. I’m so disappointed, and then the younger woman gets an attitude and tells me that I can just leave she worked for over an hour and I’m not paying for it. This is what she suggested is that I can leave without paying for not that I suggested it. I am upset because now you cut my nails off you

I have never been cut until I visited here. 2nd and last time I will go. He cut the tip of my little toe and it was bleeding. Never said he was sorry. Never offered a discount because of it. Nothing. They did put neosporin on it before I left.

Horrible service! The nail tech was rushed while doing my nails and there wasn’t even anyone waiting after me. My nails did not come out the way I’d hoped. I️ asked her to fix my nails 2 time after she claimed to be done. And she left residue on my fingers and around my nails.

This may have been my second and last time coming to this nail salon. I came in with my daughter. My daughter wanted a pedicure and All they did was dip her toenails in water and paint her toe nails. I was charged for a pedicure that I did not receive. My daughter was happy with her nails being painted. She is 6. However, I was not happy with how quickly they rushed us in and out and then charged me for a service that we did not receive. On top of that, they were not very friendly at all. I even said to the lady that my daughter didn’t get a pedicure. In fact, she was the one that performed the nail painting service for her. I left without providing a tip. Customer service is huge, and I see why this place had little to no customers when we walked in.
