I was scheduled for a Botox retouch appointment, but the experience was extremely frustrating. I waited in the waiting area for 50 minutes, and the receptionist acknowledged I was there but repeatedly told me the provider was “busy.” I later found out the provider was performing another procedure the whole time, yet I was asked to continue waiting with no transparency. Eventually I got up and left because the delay was unreasonable. Only 15 minutes after I left, someone called — not to apologize or explain, but to offer me an appointment the next day. When I told them I couldn’t make it, I was told the provider was going on vacation and I would have to wait until she returned to reschedule. This made it feel like once they had my money, they didn’t value my time or respect me as a client

The ladies here are so lovely and welcoming, I’ve had such great experiences every time I’ve gone in! Very knowledgeable of their craft and also very down to earth and friendly. They do a variety of services from fillers to botox in the absolute cutest location right in Rockland center. Highly recommend and looking forward to my future appointments at Toxmeup ✨

Like this place I had the pleasure of meeting both Ciara and Natasha. They did a wonderful job at explaining procedure and giving recommendations. Only downside is their space. It's on the smaller side and there was no waiting room.

A week ago I started the weight loss program. They are truly wonderful. They are super friendly, attentive, and very professional. They explain the procedure very well. I recommend them 100%. They are very flexible with time and respond very quickly to any questions you may have. ☺️

This place is excellent, I received great service and they were punctual. I recommend it to everyone.
