Tox Medspa by Nurse Dallas

Nurse Dallas is absolutely amazing! I went to her to see about facial rebalacing and my neck. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, kind and beautiful both inside and out. Her spa is beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend her and her spa!

I love all the work I've had done by Nurse Dallas. She is simply THE BEST! I used to see her at her previous work place and was super excited to see she has her own business now! I have had filler, botox and filler disolver (of work done by others) from her and she is by far the best injector I have ever been to. I moved to Germany 4 years ago and now travel back to Savannah to have all my work done by her because no one else has the skill and talent that she has (I tried other injectors around both Frankfurt AND London). She has an eye for making everything extremely natural looking and ensures you get exactly the look you are going for. I highly recommend her and her new Tox Medspa!
