Townhouse Nail Salon, West Hollywood

I had an upcoming trip to Jamaica for a bachelorette and wanted to get a cute nail design to match the vibe of my trip. Hunter was my nail tech, she helped me pick out the perfect shades of pink and cat eye colors for my french gel mani and we added a star design to each nail. Her eye for detail is unmatched and my nails are exactly how I envisioned. ✨💫

Townhouse West Hollywood met my expectations! The salon was extremely clean with the staff making the environment warm and welcoming. Hunter was my nail tech and she did an outstanding service filled with conversation, amazing skill, and great energy. I highly recommend stopping in and setting up the two week appointment with her! So excited to be back in the salon asap!!!

After my first visit I left disappointed, but the salon reached out to me directly. They apologized for what happened and invited me back for a complimentary service, which I really appreciated. This time Helena took care of my nails, and the difference in the experience was clear right away. She was very professional, careful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The French manicure she did turned out beautiful, with clean lines and a polished look. Overall, this second visit felt much more attentive and welcoming, and I could see that they genuinely cared about making things right.

Ok ladies, I’m writing to say STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY SWITCH OUT THE NEW POLISH. two days or so ago, they switched to this new townhouse branded polish and told the team to start testing on paying customers. This has to be the worst manicure experience of my life. The polish just would not cure, and was so thin it would show up as translucent. I spent THREE hours at the salon as my poor nail tech kept curing, testing, smearing, then buffing and having to cure all over again. We ended up switching to an OPI topcoat just to finish the service and ran out of time for the luxury portion of my service which they thankfully downgraded me back to a signature. The color of the nail polish applies unevenly (the pictures don’t do it justice), smears even after curing, and yet also is somehow is hard

Great results😍. I got the white base colour (full coverage) and then the pinkish chrome on top - woth one little snowflake on the ring finger. It looks blue-ish in the light and more cream coloured without direct light on it
