Towngate Massage (By Appointment Only)

I've been to several massage places over the years and never have I seen such a clean and inviting massage place as this one. The therapist who greeted me was Phoebe, and she is such a sweetheart. She's also a very good therapist who pays attention to what your body is telling her. I definitely have found my new go to massage place and I highly recommend anybody looking for a soothing and professional massage to visit this place ASAP!

I've been here a few times and I always say I'm going to leave a review but I always forget. Well, this time I remembered and I must say that they never disappoint! I believe I've had a massage from just about every therapist here, but I will say that Phoebe is definitely the best. She's really tiny, but she has a lot of power surprisingly. I recommend this place to anybody in need of a great massage!

The reviews citing an unwelcoming experience were true for my visit. It seems as if the person in charge of handling the front desk is also a masseuse, so I can’t fault them there. However, another thing I read on previous reviews, the masseuse did not ask me what areas are concerning me or communicate with me beforehand at all! This was very strange. The best part of the visit was that the masseuse did massage me the entire 90 minutes, but that isn’t a plus, that’s to be expected. There are reviews stating that the masseuse would leave frequently, so I’m grateful that did not happen. I’d have to go with three stars, but I probably won’t be returning to this location.

It is next to the Dollar Tree, not the address that is given (which is the ATT store) Pleasant, clean, full body, good value. Several upsell options like CBD cream and cupping. Recommend for after a Sparta race, or after you've been cleaning your parents house for a month

Edit: I’m leaving this review based on my personal experience. After posting, the business responded with threatening messages about legal action, which was extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning and would CAUTION others based on both the service and how they handle criticism. I will not hesitate to report this behavior to the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First off, I signed up for the rewards program that clearly advertised 5% off for first-time customers.
