Pauline Keys has been my friend and hairdresser for almost 3 decades now. Wherever she goes, I will go. I was pleasantly surprised at this facility. Extremely clean. Busy, but not so busy that the stylists & people can't talk to one another. Very accommodating for the handicap (me). As always Pauline does a wonderful job. I'm sure the other stylists do too.

I can't say enough good things about Pauline, Linda, and Pearl. Pauline is my stylist and she always makes me feel beautiful. They make you feel welcome. Go for cut and style and I know you will go back. Prices are reasonable.

Haircut was okay but dye job was awful and nothing like the photo I brought in. Asked for ashy blonde and walked out with bleach blonde that had absolutely no dimension to it. Went to my car and just cried. Paid a ton to have it fixed by someone else because I was honestly too scared to go back and ask for a refund because the stylist Pearl was truly very sweet. I was also too scared to ask for it to be fixed at the same place because I didn't want it messed up again, or worse, my hair totally fried and helpless. Will not be back. 🥺 For older women who want very simple styles, yes, you could probably get what you want here. But for younger people who want what's new and hip - go someplace else.

This is a great place to get a haircut. I went here as a recommendation from a friend. I have always gotten the best service and haircut. My wife always comments on how good a job Rome does cutting my hair. Whether you've got long hair or you like your hair short Rome will make you look great.

Pearl is one of Jonesborough's finest stylists. She is a very nice person, and she has cut my hair for years and always does an excellent job. Bill C.
