I've always had mixed feelings about this place. I'm almost too nice to let the woman know that she sucks at giving a high fade like I had asked. The end result looked like I took the clippers myself and cut it all one length with a guard. I am Latino so I have course hair but it's also very manageable so I dont understand. Sometimes I'll come here if I'm desperate for one but I make the same mistake of accepting the same hair stylist, this woman who must have gained her skills through a play book. And on top of the dissappinting hair cut, they're whole crew is so clickety that I felt uncomfortable being there as she's asking me questions (I clearly didn't wanna talk) so everyone else can hear and stare at me. It was weird. Also, she wanted 25 bucks for a shifty cut plus tip? Nope. Never a

I was told that I needed to schedule an appointment with a barber because only the barbers knew how to cut "Ethnic Hair." If you are German, Norwegian, Asian or Black, take care to call ahead and schedule an appointment with a barber. Walk-ins may not be available to you.

It took me a long time to write this review… but after being a customer here for almost 20 years, I felt it was time to write this. I always had my spiral perm and color done every year, never had any issues and was almost always happy with the results. One year I had to cancel my appointment a couple of times due to a serious illness. When I called to make my next appointment the following year, I was told I had to give a 100 dollar down payment because my appointment took hours and it covered the salon in case I cancelled. Every single year I had my hair done , no matter who did the perm, I sat while processing and the stylist ate lunch, did a quick cut etc.. I never missed or was late for an appointment! In almost 20 years of being a client there I was treated like a possible liability.

Recommend Nico as a barber. Always a qualify cut, willing to give style recommendations and never feels rushed. 10/10.

I went in today for an unscheduled cut and Nico did an AMAZING JOB! He not only cut & styled my hair but, he also did my eyebrows! I have a wedding to go to this weekend and have no doupt that people will be asking where I went and who cut my hair. He is so talented at such a young age and I can't wait to see what he does in the years to come. Nico will be my permanent barber from now on... for sure!
