Tounkara Natu Hair Braiding

They gave me a hairstyle like I’m a 12 year old and thought it ate don’t recommend they will play in your face

I had an appointment today for 2pm and Natu had an emergency which was fine but she didn’t notify me that she was not at the shop or that she couldn’t make our appointment today. Her assistant was there but she didn’t know that I had an appointment scheduled with Natu. I had to call Natu twice to find out what was going on. I took my hair out and she left me hanging. I would not have taken my hair out in the first place if she called earlier on. Completely unprofessional and will never go back there again.

Natu raised her prices, the $140 length is now short.. she's trying to get over on people like they're dumb. I was a loyal customer for 14 years but I will not be returning.

Won't never go here again my hair wasn't done correctly she just did whatever she wanted I hate my hair
