I visited the union city location and was serviced by Amanda. She is very, very sweet and while she will give you what you ask for, customizes the style to fit your face/head. The young lady that sits in the reception area is always pleasant and has nothing but a smile on her face the 2 times I’ve visited. I really loved my middle part traditional sew in, thanks ladies.

Do not go here! I sent my daughter her with three bundles of hair they did not put all the bundles in. There were three big open gaps where no tracks were sew in. They kept a bundle of the hair as well! I called and I texted and no one responded to my complaints! Avoid this hair salon at all cost!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! the stylist talked about all she could do. We finally decided I would get crochet braids. I knew there was a problem when she started braiding like she was new to braiding. I told her I wanted braids close together to cover up my bold spots. She said she specializes in alopecia hair. This is what it look like. (Look below) Before she finish I told her the braids were too big. The older lady working with her told her the braids were wrong. Never the less she charged me 90.00. I zelle the 90.00 and gv her the confirmations. I even handed the young girl my phone and had her look at my checking account. She then asked me to zelle it again. I said no. My first time coming to this salon and I was very pleased with my service. From the time I walked into the door, until I walked out. Just the initially customer service, set the atmosphere to be a positive experience. To top it off, I didn’t have a long wait, and my hair looks amazing! Will definitely be using their services again.

This is by far the worst experience that I've ever had and this wasn't an appointment for me. First among the list if issues encountered was the last of punctuality, and maintenance of scheduled appointment. I had to reach out to a listed number on the website only to be forwarded to leave a message. So, the appointment got pushed back an half hour, stating an oversight on the schedule. When 'the styleless' finally arrived, she got spooked by the amount of hair client had (admitting she wouldn't be able to braid all that hair upon meeting client) and immediately found excuses. Five minutes of coming in the door, she calls manager and tell two different lies to me and the manager.
