I am only giving 2 stars because the hair cut was actually really well done. This place has a really weird vibe. I walked in and asked if I could pay a tip on a card. They said yes. Then, my son got his hair cut. The woman at the front kept saying she thought I was his auntie. I said I wasn’t, she kept saying I seemed like his aunt... awkward. Then, as it was time to leave, I ran my card and told the woman to add money for a tip. She said “the owner likes us to separate tips from cards but I’ll give you a pass because it’s your first time” I was so confused because I asked about that before I even got service. It also smelled very odd in there and my clothing still had a weird odor. I don’t typically leave reviews like this but I don’t recommend this shop. The stylist was great, the shop,

I went here on and off for years...no problems ever it was next to my nail salon. Is the only reason I put 2 stars instead none. I was not a regular never getting the same person. Until about 2 years ago started to request Qim the owner...after she cut my hair and foiled it around the holidays I gave a big tip of $40. 2nd experience with Qim I told her to charge credit card $100.00 and gave $45.00 cash included a $30 tip. When i checked my records I seen an error instead of charging card $100 Qim charged $115. I gave her the benefit of doubt. (No issues before requesting her) 3rd experience she left foils in too long and dried out my hair caused hair damage. At the end told her about the error she said people give me bigger tips than you if you want me to give back to...I said yes, .thou

Qui gives the BEST haircut for straight hair. I moved to Ayer and tried to find someone as good after 20 years of going to Qui. I'm back. She is worth the drive.

Laurie is simply the besy. My haircuts are consistently excellent and always what I want. A superior job!

Qui does a wonderful job. Debbie is a sweetie.
