The young lady is very personable , polite and respectful. But her work is sloppy. I had a frontal done for my wedding. The weave itself was well done but the lace did not look finished or natural. For my wedding I masked the lace with makeup to me it look less unnatural. Less than a week after my wedding the glue was showing and the lace was coming off. I called the owner of the salon to schedule an appointment to fix the lace. She scheduled me on a Monday when her store is closed. Not knowing this I call her 15 mins before the appointment. Phone rang until voicemail. When I called again it went straight to voicemail. I text her and she never responded. I get to the store, its locked up and the lights are off (I never got an apology or explanation) I had to spend an extra $100 at another

traveling &revisiting Buffalo N.Y I wanted my hair cut my daughter suggested salon ....service was beyond excellent...Jada...Mya ...&Suzanne we're great &understanding to services rendered...these ladies deserve a strong THANK YU ❤️

Had my updo feed in braids done there once and she did an amazing job. I had many compliments on my hair. Staff is very professional too

They did an amazing job on my daughters hair . Everyone was very pleasant , nice and professional even down to the censored music !!! I wonderful experience looking forward to going again!
