She took the time to do a thorough consultation and reassured me she could achieve exactly what I wanted. She even checked in with me via text beforehand to make sure I had my hair and to answer any questions. I walked out of my appointment feeling AMAZING. Even while preparing to leave for a trip, Sophia encouraged me to call or text her if I had any issues, which truly shows her dedication to her clients. I haven’t worn my hair down in over 12 years, and she made me feel that comfortable and confident. I returned for maintenance today and once again, Sophia did not disappoint. She is kind, knowledgeable, welcoming, and extremely skilled at what she does. I’m so glad
