I love the products but every time I try to go to the actual physical store, Nobody is there. The doors are always locked and nobody ever answers the phone even when their sign says open. I don't like ordering these things online because you get a better deal actually going to the store, And because I like to look at products before I buy them. But I'm gonna have to switch to a skin care line that is more accessible.

We saw your booth at the Washington State Fair and we're very interested. My daughter, husband and I walked up to experience the free demonstration. My daughter and husband each started to get their demonstration and when I went to walk up to the third salesperson for my demonstration she turned me away. I have no idea why. The demonstration my husband and daughter got showed a great product but after I was treated so rudely I didn't feel the need to buy any of it. She lost a sale for your company unfortunately.

💙🐾I tried your gentle shampoo sample on my landlord's cocker, my italian greyhound and pug as an additive to their usual routine because I always wash 2x then condition. Wiggles the cocker looked plushy like velvet. All my tools worked easily through the coat. My Iggy, who is part black and white was glistening and my pug smelled delicious. She is wacko for drying so her finish of course isn't comparable without all proper prep. I look forward to trying the odor removing sponge, esp as summer creeps near as well as the conditioning spray. I also appreciate that you're local so I feel good supporting another small business.
