i haven’t been so upset and shocked at what happened to me. i was scared to post this bc the girl was nice but the first photo is what i wanted and the second is how i left. like what the heck was that. 100 bucks for what? i could’ve said something but it was a lesson learned for me to never go back there :) and my hair was super healthy till now.

My daughter had a real challenge with some unfortunate hair coloring choices. We checked out several local salons and while a couple others were willing to attempt to work with her their solutions were either very extreme and would temporarily cause more damage to her hair (gotta get better before it gets worse) and or their prices were exhorbitant. Their methods would include several sessions of high priced treatments. Chris Zapata took one look at my daughter and came up with all manner of possible solutions. She first had her use a good damaged hair shampoo and conditioner for a couple of weeks, then she did her magic. My daughter didn't want her hair cut which made Chris's job even more challenging!
